LOVEWIN is the first online platform that allows you an opportunity to win luxury items and travel experiences all while creating awareness and giving back to supportcharities.

MEMBERSHIP & ACCOUNTS
Is LOVEWIN available in my country?
LOVEWIN is currently only available in Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. But we are working to launch in other markets very soon. Anyone can play in any of these three countries,subject to the applicable laws. To make the LOVEWIN experience more enjoyable for everyone, our platform will be available in Chinese, Thai and English.
How many accounts can I register for?
Each player can register only once and must subscribe as a member. The annual subscription fee for each member is US$1. LOVEWIN will donate your membership fee completely to a charity we partner with. You are also given the chance to choosewhich partnercharity you would like us to donate to.
Is membership transferable?
No. Players are prohibited from selling, trading or otherwise transferring their account to another person.
Is there a minimum age to sign up as a member?

Which social enterprise and charity organisation does LOVEWIN collaborate with?
LOVEWIN’s goal is to partner with various charity organisations in various countries so that all our players are aware of and given an opportunity to support those charity organisations in their own countries.
For our initial launch, we have decided to focuson helping children as we feel they need our help the most. The charity organisations we proudly partner at present with are:
- Rare Disorders Society Singapore (RDSS),
- Taiwan Foundation for Rare Disorders (TFRD)
- Wishing Well Foundation Thailand.
I know of a social enterprise and charity organisation that I would like to recommend LOVEWIN to collaborate with. How do I do it?
LOVEWIN is always on the lookout for charityorganisations to support so if there is an organisation that is dear to your heart or if you represent a charity organisation, let us know. You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How does LOVEWIN contribute to the charity organisations?
By signing up as a LOVEWIN member and playing our games, you are contributing to the social enterprise and charity organisations in two ways:
- LOVEWIN donates 100% of all annual subscription fees to our charity organisations.
- LOVEWIN donates, to our charity organisation, 5% of every dollar spent on plays.
A big part of LOVEWIN’s goal is to create awareness and educate society about the various charity organisations. LOVEWIN works very closely with these social enterprise and charity organisations to createall of our advertising and social content in order to spread awareness about the great work they are doing for our less fortunate.
Does LOVEWIN charge a fee to the charity organisations?
LOVEWIN does not charge a fee to the social enterprise and charity organisations that collaborate with us.
What are Playpoints?
Playpoints are credits required to play LOVEWIN games. Each LOVEWIN game requires a minimum of 100 Playpoints to play.
How much do Playpoints cost?
100 Playpoints cost only US$1. That´s right - That means it only takes US$1 to play for your coveted luxury item or dream travel experience!
How do I purchase Playpoints?
Do Playpoints expire?
Yes. All Playpoints are valid for 6 months from their date of purchase. To review your transaction history, head to your TRANSACTION HISTORY page.
Can I transfer Playpoints to someone else?
Playpoints are non-transferrable.
Is there a refund for Playpoints purchased?
Playpoints are non-refundable.
Is there a limit to the maximum number of Playpoints I can purchase?
No, although the maximum amount one can spend to purchase Playpoints at any one timeis US$30. If you need more, simply purchase again! We recommend that you play responsibly and within your limits.
PRIZES & DELIVERY
What prizes can I win?
The luxury prizes available on LOVEWINwill change from week to week – so you can win just about anything. Whether it’s luxurious fashion must-haves, the latest technology gadgets, high-end travel experiences, or even luxury lifestyle packages, we’ll be curating and bringing only the most desirable and luxurious items to you.
Are your prizes authentic?
All our prizes are authentic and purchased only from the brand’s retailers. All prizes come with an authenticity card or a similar document verifying its authenticity. LOVEWIN does not have any formal partnership with or sponsorships from any brands at present.
How are the prizes delivered?
Prizes will be delivered by our trusted third party delivery partners, subject to applicable custom requirements.
How long is the delivery time and how much does the delivery cost?
We will endeavour to deliver all prizes within 14 days. All delivery costs will be borne by LOVEWIN.
How does LOVEWIN notify me when I win a prize?
LOVEWIN will, through email or any other means of electronic communications, notify you and provide details of delivery and collection of prizes when you achieve the highest score in a game played for a specific product.

Where does LOVEWIN deliver the prize to? What is the delivery process?
LOVEWIN delivers only to the address provided by you when you sign up as a member. If there are any changes to your address, please amend or edit your account accordingly. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses and areas restricted by local authorities or applicable laws. Please note that if your home address is inaccessible by our delivery service, you will need to personally collect your prize from one of our authorized collection locations.
What is the verification process once I receive the prize?
You may following step(s) to upon confirmation, delivery or collection of your prize:
- Produce your personal identification document (with photo ID);
- Check your prize for defects upon acceptance at delivery or collection; and
- Sign on the acceptance and acknowledgement form
Do I have to pay duties and taxes on the prizes?
LOVEWIN will pay for allimport duties and taxes applicable to the prizes. However, you will be responsible for any personal taxes imposed by your local government authorities on the prizes.
Am I able to track the prize I won?
Upon confirmation of a delivery date, you will be given a package tracking number from our third party delivery partner.
How do I update my billing and delivery address?
You can update your billing and delivery address in your MY ACCOUNT page.
How can I be eligible for collectibles redemption?
Each time you purchased US$30 worth of Playpoints, or accumulate US$30 worth of Playpoints within a rolling 6-month period, you will be entitled to redeem one of our LOVEWIN collectibles (click HERE to see what’s available). You will receive an email from LOVEWIN which will provide you with information on how to select your preferred collectible. (Note, your collectible has to be redeemed within 14 calendar days, failing which it will be forfeited.)
GAMES, SCORES & WINNERS
Who is eligible to play LOVEWIN games?
Any subscribed member is eligible to play LOVEWIN games.
Employees and service providers of LOVEWIN including but not limited to their spouses, children, parents and siblings, are not eligible to play or participate in any LOVEWIN games.
What type of games does LOVEWIN offer?
We currently have 3 different games, all of which have been designed to challenge your memory and problem solving abilities – they are entirely games of skill. (not chance!) Each game is 60 seconds long.
When does a LOVEWIN game end?
Each game lasts 60 seconds. This is measured by a timer which will be visible to the player. Players should be aware that the displayed timer may be affected by network delays. The final decision of when a Game ends will be based on the timer used by LOVEWIN servers.
Can I play a game more than once to win a prize?
Yes. You are eligible to play up to 3 times for each individual prize. We will only take the highest score played.
How are the winners chosen?
The player who achieves the highest score at a game played for a particular prize will be the winner (provided thetarget number of players is reached). LOVEWIN uses a proprietary system that determines your score based on the speed and accuracy of your game. In addition, all results and the identity of winners are subject to independent audits.
What happens if a game does not reach its stated target number of players?
If the target number of players for a particular prize is not reached, Playpoints used in this game will be credited to the accounts of the players and prizes will not be distributed. These credits will then be available for you to play in other games.
How do I know if I am the winner?
If a winner has been determined, and they have submitted a verified photo of themselves, LOVEWIN will announce and feature them in our WINNERS PAGE. We will also send the winner an email to notify them, and provide instructions on how to claim the prize.
How are the scores determined?
LOVEWIN uses a proprietary system to determine your score based on several factors that include but are not limited to:
- The speed at which the game is played;
- The accuracy of game play
How does LOVEWIN keep my payment information safe and secure?
We use industry-standard secure encryption to ensure that your credit card information and related information is safe and secure. Our payment systems are PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
How can I change my payment details?
You can change your payment details in your MY ACCOUNT page.
What forms of payment does LOVEWIN accept?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard payments and are working to increase the number of payment options.
What currency can I choose to pay in?
Regardless of your location, all payments will be made in US Dollars. Conversion rates and fees as per your bank apply.
